Intestinal Worming
The three worms most commonly found in cats are Roundworm, Hookworm & Tapeworm. Symptoms are usually not visible externally unless a high number of worms are present. Several of these commonly found worms are transmissible to humans and can be particularly dangerous to babies and small children, therefor it is very important to establish an effective worming routine for your pets.
Kittens should be wormed every 2 weeks until 12 weeks of age then every month until 6 months of age then every 3 months, for life.
Adult cats should be wormed every 3 months, for life.
There are many different worming products on the market, so we recommend that you come in for professional advice on selecting one of the best treatment options.
